MEMBERSHIP

We are passionate about working with membership organisations, organising events, creating and implementing communications plans, and managing member processes.

Sally started her freelance career as Society Manager for a membership organisation, and gained an overview of the day to day operational aspects of what's involved in membership organisations: governance, finance, servicing committees, membership processes and recruitment, marketing and managing events.

​

We implement membership databases, streamline member processes, increase member engagement, carry out retention and recruitment campaigns, build websites and define branding.

​

We also work with membership organisations to look after their governance processes, such as election of board members, running the AGM, and producing annual reports.
