We were honoured to be asked to project manage a meeting of UNESCO representatives, taking place in the UK for the first time in over 50 years:

- 2-day meeting in a Westminster location, with interpreters and accommodation across 3 hotels
- Dinner in the Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich
- A boat trip on the Thames
- Collating expense claims and arranging payments
NESTA
Project Manager for NESTA's Crucible programme for 5 years:
- Coordinating the application and selection process, helping to bring together cohorts of early career researchers across disciplines
- Organising of weekend 'retreat' style workshops with activities and discussion
- Handling travel and accommodation logistics
- Collating expense claims and arranging reimbursement
- Producing reports following each workshop, and conclusions from each cohort
Royal College of Art
Organising the 'Include' conference for 5 years:
- Setting up online systems and website
